    We will never ask for your OTP or password. Anyone who does is a scammer.

  • Contact us immediately

    Report through the app or by email right away (24/7).

  • Change your password

    Settings → Security → Change password. Choose a strong, unique password.

  • Freeze your card immediately

    Open the app → Cards → Freeze. This blocks further card transactions.
